Organisations and businesses have been dealing with digital data for decades. So why is there so much excitement about the data economy? Why is progress and growth increasingly dependent on our ability to share and exchange data?
These are the questions we will explore on this campus. The answers you and your organisation find will have a significant impact on your success in the years to come.
Here you will learn the basics of the data economy, as well as the concepts of data spaces and data ecosystems. We will also introduce you to the Gaia-X project, which plays a key role in creating shared value from data.
Who is this campus for?
The campus is free and open to the public, and is designed for professionals with a healthy interest in IT but without a master’s degree in computer science. If you’re in either of these groups, you’ve come to the right place:
Decision-Makers
from the fields of politics, administration, science, and business
Project Managers
promote data-based cooperation in their organizations
Journalists
who research and report on the data economy
That’s why this Campus
We know: Your desk is full, your time is limited. That’s why the Campus provides you with a quick, easy-to-understand, and in-depth overview of data management.
In our experience, multimedia text is still the most effective way to quickly learn about a complex topic. You can read our lessons directly on our website, follow us on LinkedIn, or download them as a PDF (Course 1, Course 2, Course 3) – whatever works best for you.
